As the fall season came upon us and we were ready for cool days, beautiful nights, and the flair that comes with autumn –  so we brought you ‘Autumn Flair’ Art Exhibition featuring Melissa Haney, Ruby Wieners, Adrian Amiro, and Vikki McGuire as well as our other local artists and artists from Oklahoma City; Denver; Lubbock; Canyon; and the DFW metroplex.

The event had live music by local singer, James Owens and Emily George. We had food truck Boudreaux's Best Smokehouse serving delicious cajun style BBQ along with open bars with cocktails, beer and wine.

We are excited to show off several new artists and numerous new pieces that capture the summer spirit with a lively atmosphere that the whole family can enjoy! “We are changing up the timeline for the gallery exhibitions offering longer hours and moving to Saturdays,” said general manager Bryan Barton, “we feel like this is a great way to allow guests to come throughout the day instead of just a few hours for just one evening. If you want to check out the Sod Poodle game that evening or have downtown dinner plans, this will give you the opportunity to come before or after to check out our wonderful art.”

Hole-a-palooza

The first-ever Cornholio cornhole tournament came to Amarillo, Texas December 5th!

Hal-a-Palooza was brand new to the cornhole tournament scene for Amarillo, Texas (eat ya' heart out ESPN). We had multiple cornhole tournaments, food trucks, a beer wagon, live music, and family fun coming to downtown Amarillo! Cash and prizes up for grabs – what more could you ask for! All located at the historic The Derrick event center!

Hole-A-Palooza partnered with Snack Pak 4 Kids this year and donated a portion of proceeds from the tournament to their wonderful organization! If you aren't familiar with Snack Pak 4 Kids, they help provide food for an average of 10,000 children per week to help keep them fed over the weekend. Most children don't have access to food when not in school, so this helps give each child the nutrition they need to make it in on Monday morning ready to learn!

Hole-A-Palooza raised $1,100 for Snack Pak 4 Kids helping provide 250 meals!
