Through exploring the use of my brothers graphite pencils a love for portraits birthed and the love of details exploded. I am a self taught artist. Only a few years ago, I began to invest effort in improving skills. Acrylics and watercolor painting soon emerged with watercolors excelling to the top of the list as a favorite. The mental and physical calming affects of art continue to call me into the studio exploring new techniques and mediums.
